You’ll find the lessons on everything here. Use the drop-down menu to find the body part, time or level that you want. Some of the lessons are tutorials that give you detailed instructions for individual asanas and others are stand-alone lessons that are also part of a themed course, so you’ll find them in the courses page too. Consider what will support your busy life right now, make a choice pick a class and then it’s time for you to roll out your mat. If there’s too much to make a choice, check out this week’s program, I have made the decision for you.

This class is all seated poses and is a gentle anytime class or a great find your way back to the mat class.

The second in the series this is an all seated classes and a great beginning or return to Yoga class.

This is the third lesson in our gentle Yoga course and begins quietly connecting with the breath.

Find your way to the mat – Lesson 4

Lesson four is a gentle class that opens the hips and the hamstrings and finishes with a seated twist.

This is lesson five in a program designed to get you to the mat on the days that is feels a bit tricky, think breath, shoulders and a forward fold.

Introduction to Standing Poses – 1

This class is the absolute beginning class, that unpacks the way I explain things and introduces you to your body.

Introduction to Standing Poses – 2

In this class we add to lesson one in the standing poses, begin with Virabhadrasana 2 and move to Parvakonasana .

Introduction to Standing Poses – 3

This lesson introduces you to Virabhadrasana 1 and gives you step by step instructions in terms of alignment, foundation and breath.

Introduction to Standing Poses – 4

In this class we introduce Trikonasana, a great pose to strengthen the legs and stretch the sciatic nerve.

Introduction to Standing Poses -5

In this lesson we bring all the introductory standing poses together, step by step.

Monday’s ten minute class introducing you to your hips

This class looks at inner, outer and front of hips, breath by breath.

Tuesday’s 30 minute hip opening class

This class begins in Supta Baddha Konasana, reclining bound angle pose, which opens the inner hips, and then moves to outer hips and hip flexes and ends in pigeon.

Wednesday’s class connecting your legs and your core.

Beginning on your back this class uses a belt to check that you have your core engaged before you load it.

Thursday’s 45 minute class opening your hips

This class begins with Supta Virasana and then uses the wall and a block to stay a bit longer in hip opening standing poses, Virabhadrasana 1 and 2.

Friday’s ten minute hip opening class

This is a seated class opening the hamstrings and then the hips and finishes with a seated twist.
